How to Use WAChecker
Complete your first WhatsApp number check in five steps. Start with a small, correctly formatted test list you are authorized to process.
Tutorial
Please pin WAChecker to the browser bar for easy access
Click the Extensions icon
Find the puzzle-shaped icon in the upper-right corner of Chrome.
Click the Pin button
Find WAChecker and click its pin icon. The changed icon indicates that it is pinned.
Log in to WhatsApp Web
On your phone, open WhatsApp Settings, tap the QR-code icon, and use Scan code to scan the QR code shown on WhatsApp Web.
Import your number list
WAChecker provides three ways to add numbers. Choose the method that matches your source list.
Option 1: Import from Excel
Download the official template, complete it, and click “Import from Excel” to parse the list automatically.
Option 2: Enter numbers manually
Paste numbers into the text box. Separate them with commas or line breaks.
Option 3: Number generator Popular
Click “Generate”, enter a country code and number range, and generate a number sequence.
Start checking in one click
After confirming the list, click the green “Start to Check” button at the bottom. The extension will check whether each number is registered on WhatsApp.
Note:
For account safety, keep each account’s daily checks below 2,000.
Track progress and export
Open the “Tasks” tab to view the live completion percentage, then review and export each result category.
Success
The current check returned a valid-account status. Confirm consent and applicable rules before using it for outreach.
Failed
The current check returned an invalid-number status. Remove it from the working list or recheck its format.
Note:
Click the download button on the right side of the list to export Success and Failed data to separate local Excel files.
