These terms describe the conditions for using the WAChecker website and Chrome extension. Read them before using the service or purchasing a plan. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service and requirements
WAChecker helps you import phone number lists, check registration indicators through your current WhatsApp Web session, filter results, and export selected rows. Use requires a compatible browser and a working WhatsApp Web session. WAChecker is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
2. Free allowance and paid access
WAChecker includes a limited free allowance. Checks beyond that allowance require a paid plan. Review the pricing page and checkout for the allowance, currency, amount, access period, and account to which the purchase applies. Paid plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Keep your order details and check your account information before paying.
3. Responsible use
Only process numbers that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions required for your processing and communications and for following applicable laws and WhatsApp rules. Do not use WAChecker for spam, harassment, fraud, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. A registered number does not establish permission to contact its owner.
4. Results and service limitations
Results are point-in-time registration indicators, not proof of number ownership, account activity, buyer intent, or future availability. WAChecker does not guarantee message delivery, marketing results, or protection from account restrictions. Network conditions, browser state, and changes to WhatsApp Web can affect operation. Review uncertain results before using them.
5. Privacy and exported data
The Privacy Policy explains the handling of information used by the extension. Protect your browser session and exported files, and retain only the data you need. Information you submit for payment or support is separate from the phone number lists used for checking; review the relevant notices when submitting that information.
6. Stopping use and purchase support
You can stop using WAChecker and uninstall the extension. Uninstalling does not itself submit a refund request or remove files you have exported. For access, payment, or refund questions, contact the WADesk team with your order details. Any applicable purchase terms and rights provided by law remain unaffected by these terms.
7. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The date above identifies this version. For questions about the service or these terms, use the Contact Us page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
