- Newly registered accounts: reports point to keeping daily checks under about 2,000
- Accounts active for 3+ months: some users report up to about 10,000 per day working when checks are paced with intervals
- Sending checks back-to-back with no interval raises restriction risk regardless of account age or daily total
- WhatsApp’s enforcement can change at any time; treat these figures as a starting point, not a limit you are entitled to
