Review before export
Confirm the row count, status filter, original value, and normalized value before creating a file.
Protect the exported file
Store it in an access-controlled location and avoid sharing it through channels that are not approved for contact data.
Delete local task data
Use available extension controls, clear the extension's browser storage, or uninstall the extension when you need to remove locally stored task data.
Delete exported files separately from the operating system or storage location where you saved them.
