Import Numbers into WAChecker

A clean input file makes the checking result easier to interpret. Keep an untouched source copy, then prepare a working copy for import.

WAChecker number import options

Which inputs are supported?

The extension interface supports pasted lists and spreadsheet import, including CSV and Excel workflows.

  • One phone number per row
  • Include the country calling code
  • Remove formulas from the number column
  • Use a test file with non-sensitive sample values first

What should be removed before import?

Remove blank values, obvious duplicates, and labels that are not part of a phone number.

Keep a separate source identifier if you need to join the result back to a CRM. Do not add unrelated personal data to a file used only for registration checking.

How should errors be handled?

If the imported row count or preview is unexpected, stop and inspect delimiters, spreadsheet formatting, and country codes before starting the task.
